Blue Tile Gallery offers studio rentals priced at $1.80 per square foot. The studios are located on the second floor accessible only by stairs (no elevator). The lease is month-to-month with one month’s rent security deposit. A renter’s insurance policy is required (approximately $40 per month). Wi-Fi, utilities and trash are included.
The building has heating, air conditioning, a free parking lot, and exterior security cameras. The community room provides a sink, mini-fridge and microwave.
There are no ventilation systems for toxic materials. Artists must use non-toxic materials. The walls are not sound proofed so studios may not be used for noisy practices.
Artists receive designated wall space to hang art on the 2nd floor and discounted gallery rentals.
