Blue Tile Art Space is currently at full capacity. All studio rentals are month to month and include utilities (electricity, water, trash service, heat/AC, parking & WiFi). One month deposit is required and renters must carry renter’s insurance on their space (approximately $35-$50/mo). Our studios are on the 2nd floor accessible by walk up only. Artist run space with nothing toxic or noisy.
