Kat Siegel (she/they) is a Denver based Jewish American painter. Her work explores the nature of human consciousness, unseen forces, and the ever-present possibility of discovery. Originally a tattoo artist, Kat has blended her strong composition and design abilities with a more classical approach to painting, bringing about the synthesis of a style that allows her to fully explore her meditative and psychedelic visions. She has studied with world-renowned artists Alex and Allyson Grey at the Omega Institute in Rhinebeck, New York as well as taking various workshops and classes at the School of Visual Arts and Fashion Institute of Technology. Kat continues her artistic education at the REAL Academy of Art, where she is working with Art Renewal Center (ARC) Certified Living Master, Ali Ghassan to incorporate methods inspired by Renaissance and 19th century artists into her paintings.
